I’ve always believed that if you can’t show your work, you shouldn't be in charge of it. Whether in a classroom or a boardroom, my leadership is grounded in transparency, collaboration, and a deep sense of duty.

A Foundation of Duty and Faith My commitment to this mission is not just professional—it is personal. I come from a long line of those who served: my father in the Army, my uncle in the Air Force, my grandfather who served as an Army supply sergeant, and my late spouse who served in the Navy. Their sacrifices taught me that our country is a precious gift. I am running because I believe it is our collective duty as citizens to ensure that Wyoming remains a place that our veterans would be proud to come home to—a state defined by freedom, integrity, and opportunity.

My decision to run is also a matter of faith. I believe I have been prepared for this work, and I view this campaign not as a pursuit of power, but as a calling to stewardship. I am dedicated to protecting the blessings we’ve been given for our families and future generations.

A Professional Foundation Built on Results My career has taken me from managing medical clinics in Manhattan—where efficiency and accuracy were matters of life and health—to the classroom, where I’ve spent my life teaching math. These experiences taught me that a leader’s most important tool is the ability to analyze complex data and turn it into actionable solutions. Whether I was serving as an officer for Future Business Leaders or writing editorials as a copy editor for my university’s award-winning newspaper, I have always stepped into roles that require attention to detail, clear communication, and an unwavering commitment to the truth.

A Commitment to Community My roots in Wyoming are deep. From my time as a board member for Head Start to my five-year tenure on the Human Resource Board, I have worked to ensure that our local institutions are responsive to the families who rely on them. I’ve served the youth and adults of this area side-by-side with my own family, including our work together at the Lord’s Storehouse food bank. I know that the strength of our state isn't found in a budget spreadsheet; it’s found in the people who work, serve, and build lives here.

Why I’m Running I’m running because I believe Wyoming families deserve more than "dodgeball" politics. We deserve leadership that treats the public’s business with the same rigor and honesty we expect from our children in school. I am fighting to protect our homeowners from unfair tax burdens, to demand transparency in our permitting processes, and to strengthen the asset protection laws that keep our family legacies secure for generations.

I am not a career politician. I am a neighbor, a teacher, and a collaborator. When I was at BYU, my cohort was recognized as the most collaborative in our program’s history—not by accident, but because I believe that when we share information and work together, we all succeed. I’m ready to bring that same collaborative spirit to the statehouse, to "show our work" to the voters of District 15, and to fight for a Wyoming where our families come first.
